Court Reporter to transcript Driving change Townhall meetings

The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking bids for a court reporter to transcribe Driving Changes at Townhall Meetings. There are a total of 8 meetings statewide between August 20th and October 15th. This bid will be awarded in four different groups, sorted by location. See the attached RFG for additional details.
