Continuity and Recovery Services Renewal

ILSOS is entering into renewal 2 of 3 with Kyndryl for continuity and recovery services. The renewal term is two years - January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024 - for an amount not to exceed $235,000. This contract was previously held by IBM, but IBM assigned the services to Kyndryl in 2022.
