Description
CHANGE ORDER required due to an access road that was constructed to an oil well after project award which must be re-routed, and additional work is required to reclaim a previously unknown mine entry that was discovered during excavation. Additional work at a cost of $31,118.03 is required to complete the reclamation project. The conditions were unforeseen upon contract execution and germane to the original project.
