CO#2 (Notice of Change Order)-Lanham CC1 #1701

CO#2: IDNR is giving Notice of a Change Order. The Agency requires CO as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E to balance contract quantities with actual quantities required for construction. Contract change order is required to decrease the contract in the amount of $-11,916.75 for a new contract total of $379,689.44.This change order is -3.0% decrease to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract(ref.P-5490)
