Description
This is a Request For Information For Leased Space for the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services in the County of Madison. The programmed space requirement with allowances for general circulation based upon State of Illinois space standards is 15,000 square feet of rentable area(office space). In addition to the proposed leased facility, the State seeks an Expansion Option of up to 100% of the remaining rentable square footage of the building proposed (optional).
