Due to staffing shortages and time constraints, the process for a new Lockbox and Remittance Services IFB has taken longer than expected. Per OPM's recommendation and with the approval of the State Purchasing Officer SPO the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) requests approval to enter into a six 6 month extension of the current contract 2018-71-002-2 with Illinois National Bank INB while the new IFB solicitation for these services is posted and awarded.
