Change Order Notice- DNR- CO#8 & CO#9:1W - Stratton Lock & Dam - Lock & Gate Structure Improvements

CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#8 is for the use of the sheet pile left in place from 7/1/2015 through 6/30/2018, due to the budget impasse and the original project suspension. This reimburses the Contractor on construction contract FR-435 for costs incurred for the use of the sheet pile. CO#9 is for the demobilization cost incurred by Contractor due to the suspension of the contract which occurred due to the budget impasse(Capital Bill). Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9.
