CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2-Route 78 / Buckheart Highwalls

CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E for the needed additional materials and work. The area experienced major storm events shortly after fertilization, seeding, and mulching was performed on the borrow portion of the site, resulting in numerous erosion rills and gullies.
