CHANGE ORDER NOTICE CO#2-Lead & Zinc Mine - 1710

CO#2: IDNR is giving Notice of a Change Order. The Agency requires CO as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E to balance contract quantities with actual quantities required for construction. Contract change order is required to decrease the contract amount by $-69,081.81 to new contract total amount $342,217.69. This change order is a -16.8% decrease to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract.(ref.P-5919)
