Change Order Notice - The amendment will provide for an annual adjustment to the to the per-member per-month (PMPM) and optional service rates, the addition of subcontractors and changes to administrative language in the contract. The contract provides for annual adjustments to the per-member per-month (PMPM) and optional service rates based upon changes in the CPI-W therefore, this is an amendment to adjust pricing and not a change order.
