CO NOTICE - We are extending Contract CIT9708000 to 12/31/19. The current contract expires 06/30/19. This extension is needed for 6 months to allow for successful conclusion of the File & Print Transformation project. Given the length of time to fully on-board the resource, the completion of the assigned initiatives will not occur before the initial contract end date. Pursuant to 44 ILL.ADM. CODE 1.2067, this change order is germane to the original contract
