CHANGE ORDER NOTICE - The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology is giving notice of its intent to enter into a change order with Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc to increase the MB speed at the 401 W Industrial Drive, Effingham, IL 62401 location from 30MB to 100MB. This will result in an increase of $5,000 to the overall contract. Pursuant to 44 ILL.ADM. CODE 1.2067, this change order is germane to the original contract as signed.
