CHANGE ORDER NOTICE - The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology is giving notice of its intent to enter into a change order with Clearwave Communications to increase the MB speed at the 1000 N. Main Street (formerly known as #7 Cottage Drive), Anna, IL 62906 location from 20MB to 100 MB. This will result in an increase of $2,400.00 to the overall contract. Pursuant to 44 ILL.ADM CODE 1.2067, this change order is germane to the original contract as signed.
