NOT A BID OPPORTUNITY-CHANGE ORDER NOTICE-Resident Technician Contract Decrease. DHS is initiating a change order because the circumstances said to necessitate the change in performance were not foreseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. DHS intends to execute a change order to the existing contract in the decreased amount of $269,100.00.
