CHANGE ORDER NOTICE - The IL Dept. of Innovation & Technology is giving notice of its intent to enter into a change order with Frontier Communications to increase bandwidth from 20Mb to 50Mb at the DOC location, 2021 Kentville Rd, Kewanee, IL 61443. This bid, B-4154 is cloned from B-3265 because Frontier increased cost. This will result in an increase of $4,104.00 to the overall contract. Pursuant to 44 ILL.ADM. CODE 1.2067, this change order is germane to the original contract as signed.
