Change order notice-increase cost by $12,320 to apply new sheathing on roof. Existing plywood decking is rotted. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref. original contract - P-9547)
