CHANGE ORDER: Banner Marsh Farm Lease 2353

Change Order Notice: GPS work completed in 2018 found leased acreage to be overstated by 20 acres at the time the lease was executed. These 20 acres shall be removed from the lease and the tenant shall be allowed to deduct the over payment from 2015, 2016 and 2017 from his final lease payment in 2018.
