CHANGE ORDER NOTICE Pursuant to 44 ILL. ADM. Code 1.2067, DoIT, in agreement with the CPO-GS, this is a joint purchase, is initiating a change order because the circumstances said to necessitate the change in performance were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was signed. DoIT solicited bids for Adobe products and received no bids. DoIT continues to seek bid opportunities for Adobe products. This change order is to extend the contract to October 26, 2018.
