Change Order #01-Tam O'Shanter Pump Station

CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#1: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. Contract change order is required to increase the contract in the amount of $3,015.27 for a new contract total of $367,147.77 for a 0.83% increase in contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time of bidding. This change order is germane to the original contract. This change order is in accordance to 720 ILCS 5/33E-9.
