CDBG FY2026 Sidewalk Improvements 25-00701-02-SW

The City of Urbana is seeking assistance to improve or construct new sidewalks along East Elm Street from Urbana Avenue east to Grove Street; on South Urbana Avenue, from East Elm Street to East Main Street; and at the intersection of East Elm Street and South Webber Street. This work includes replacement of existing brick sidewalk, replacing brick sidewalk with concrete, installation of new sidewalk. driveway pavement, curb and gutter sections, utility adjustments, and appurtenances.
