Bluecrest Licensing and Maintenance Sole Source

The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a sole source contract for the term of August 25, 2020 through August 31, 2021 with Bluecrest for the maintenance and software licensing of three mail sorting machines and 3 hand scanners.
