The Illinois Secretary of State is giving notice of its intent to enter into a change order with Bailey Edwards to extend the end date to December 31, 2021. This change order is authorized under 720 ILCS 5/33E-9 as this was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract signature, is germane to the original contract and in the best interest of the state.
