The City of Aurora’s Communications and Marketing Department invites you to bid on the anticipated printing and mailing of the Aurora Borealis newsletter to all residential homes within the city of Aurora, Illinois. The contract will be for one edition of the newsletter, with indicia, to be mailed via postal carrier route with an option of additional issues based on mutual agreement between bidder and the City of Aurora.
