Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools and supplies, except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform clearing and marking of surveyed boundary lines of Government property surrounding Beaver Lake. The contractor is required to identify and document any trespass and encroachment activities found on Government property as service is performed. Information on trespasses and encroachments found are reported on weekly reports. The Government shall have work performed by the contractor through the issue of delivery orders. The Government shall provide a Scope of Work (SOW) to the Contractor. The Scope of Work will list locations and the work requirements that need to be performed by the Contractor utilizing the firm fixed priced CLINs in the contract. After the Government determines the work to be performed, the Contracting Officer shall issue a Delivery order for the firm fixed price amount and send the document to the Contractor. No work shall be performed on the requirement prior to the Contractor receiving this document. Please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document.
