HVAC System Replacement – ACHD Administration Building

The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the replacement-in-kind of the HVAC system at the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) Administration Building. The Work includes the removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment, system startup and commissioning, project closeout documentation, and all related services required to deliver a fully operational system compatible with ACHD's existing building controls.
