Franklin Road, McDermott Road to Black Cat Road

Project includes widening Franklin Road to five (5) lanes from McDermott Road to Black Cat Road, adding multi-use pathways on both sides of Franklin Road, stormwater facilities, irrigation facilities, continuous street lighting, and signalizing the intersection of McDermott Road and Franklin Road. Contractor to coordinate with all utility contractors.
