Traffic Case Management System (TCMS)

The Hawaiʻi State Judiciary (Judiciary) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors regarding modern technology solutions capable of serving as a stand‑alone Traffic Case Management System (TCMS). The Judiciary seeks to modernize and streamline the traffic citation lifecycle by reducing manual work, improving accuracy, enhancing public access, and leveraging intelligent automation and digital workflows. The TCMS would be used interdepartmentally by all four (4) judicial circuits. Written comments in response to the RFI shall be emailed to: angela.k.min@courts.hawaii.gov.
