Time Charter of Passenger Transfer Vessel

The solicitation will require time charter of one (1) Jones Act qualified, U.S.-flag vessel required to support the Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, in the vicinity of Pearl Harbor, HI.
