Sourcewell Turf and Athletic Surfacing Solutions with Related Equipment, Materials, Supplies and Services

Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for Turf and Athletic Surfacing Solutions with Related Equipment, Materials, Supplies, and Services. This solicitation is organized into two categories: Category 1 – Turf-Based Athletic Surfacing Solutions, consisting of synthetic, hybrid, and natural turf systems for indoor and outdoor applications, along with related athletic, recreational, and multi-purpose surfacing solutions; and Category 2 – Non-Turf Athletic Surfacing Solutions, including athletic, recreational, and multi-purpose surfacing solutions such as running tracks, court surfaces, poured-in-place systems, rubberized flooring, wood, vinyl, and other performance surfacing materials and surface protection. Both categories include directly related equipment, options, accessories, technology, materials, and supplies necessary to provide a complete or turnkey solution, along with directly related services, including but not limited to design, engineering, installation, removal, disposal, rental, refurbishment, inspection, repair, maintenance, training, and support.
