Description

The Office of Youth Services is seeking to contract with a CONTRACTOR to provide emergency shelter beds and services to youth, ages 18-24 years old, who are experiencing homelessness or are at-risk of homelessness. The purpose of this solicitation is to increase the available inventory of emergency shelter beds on Oahu with specialized, developmentally appropriate services for youth.
