Real Estate Consultant "IV"

The selected Offeror (or “Consultant”) shall assist HART in conducting property acquisition for the HRTP in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended and codified in 42 U.S.C. 4601, et seq.; regulations set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 24; the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Circular 5010.1E; Hawaii Revised Statutes; the City’s RAMP and other policies and procedures as directed. The scope of services for this Real Estate Consultant Contract “IV” is as set forth in the Contract documents. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: a) Title Services b) Appraisal and Appraisal Review Services c) Acquisition and Negotiation Services d) Relocation Assistance Services e) Property Management f) Closing Services g) Communications h) Records Management
