PUUHONUA REENTRY PROGRAM

The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (hereinafter “OHA”) will be accepting proposals from qualified firms to establish and implement a practical, scalable reentry bridge model that directly addresses systemic gaps identified in Hoe Amau, including fragmented service delivery, lack of planning, and insufficient support at release. By focusing on culturally grounded, coordinated care, the program aims to improve stability outcomes and reduce recidivism among Native Hawaiian participants.
