Prison Contract Compliance Monitoring Services for Saguaro Correctional Center, Eloy, Arizona, & Out of State Facilities that Provide Confinement, Care and Custody of Hawaii Inmates

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to secure the services of a Contractor to provide on-site monitoring services of DCR’s contractual agreement (available upon request to dcr.bids@hawaii.gov) with CoreCivic (CC), for private prison services at the CoreCivic Saguaro Correctional Center (CC SCC) in Eloy, Arizona, the CoreCivic Tallahatchie County Correctional Facility (TCCF) in Tallahatchie, Mississippi, and other facilities that house out-of-state Hawaii inmates. Offeror’s submittals will only be accepted via email by the bid submittal due date, with all Offer Forms OF-1 through OF-5, and all the attachments requested on pages OF-3 and OF-4.
