Furnish labor, material, and equipment to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for a refrigeration system at the Hawai'i Police Department's Temporary Cold Storage Facility for a one-year period beginning on the date of Notice to Proceed and ending on July 31, 2027, with four (4) one-year option periods.
