The University of Hawaii hereby invites certified public accountants to submit letters of interest and statements of qualifications to provide audit and accounting services, on a contract basis as the need arises, for the fiscal year commencing on July 1, 2026, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §103D-304.
