The County of Hawaii is posting a Notice of and Request for Is your request a Sole Source or Exemption? procurement of Insert goods/service from Insert company . Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes. Any inquiries shall be emailed to Purchasing@hawaiicounty.gov. Do not email your written objections to the Purchasing Division. All written objections shall be timely uploaded to OpenGov in order to be considered.
