Medicaid Eligibility Asset Verification System (AVS)

The State of Hawaii, Department of Human Services, Med-QUEST Division, is issuing this Notice to Offerors. The DHS is participating in a multi-state procurement project led by the New England States Consortium Systems Organization (NESCSO) for an Asset Verification System (AVS), to facilitate compliance with Section 1940 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 1396w.
