Hawaii Peer Connect Peer to Peer Program

The Hawaiʻi Department of Health, Family Health Services Division, Maternal and Child Health Branch is soliciting proposals to provide statewide peer-to-peer support services for children and families. Services will focus on strengthening family resilience, reducing the risk of child abuse and neglect, connecting families to community-based resources and supports, providing assistance related to intimate partner violence, and supporting individuals and families affected by substance use. The selected contractor will coordinate and deliver culturally responsive, accessible peer support services statewide in accordance with the requirements of the RFP.
