Executive Search Firm Services for Recruitment of ERS CIO

The Board of Trustees of the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (“ERS Board”) seeks to engage a qualified executive search firm to assist in the recruitment and selection of a Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”) for the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (“ERS” or “System”). This Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) solicits proposals from executive search firms with demonstrated expertise in recruiting senior investment executives for public pension plans, institutional investors, or similar organizations. The selected firm will provide comprehensive executive search services and support the ERS Board throughout the CIO recruitment and selection process. Services will be performed in support of the ERS offices located at City Financial Tower, 201 Merchant Street, Suite 1400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
