Description
The establishment of an Independent Physician Incubator (IPI) is designed to expand community-based, preventive, chronic disease, and behavioral health services to reduce preventable emergencies and hospitalizations by strengthening the healthcare infrastructure by training and supporting physician and healthcare practice management so they can meet the needs of Hawai'i's rural communities.
