The Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Workforce Development Division, has issued this Request for Interest for federal grant purposes to identify qualified organizations that can support employer‑driven workforce training and reimbursement activities in Hawaii’s shipbuilding and information technology sectors under the U.S. Department of Labor’s Industry‑Driven Skills Training Fund (TEGL 02‑25, Change 1). Selected providers may assist with employer coordination, training delivery, on‑the‑job training support, performance verification, and grant reporting requirements.
