County of Hawaii Tourism Marketing and Promotions Grant

The County of Hawaii (County) invites qualified nonprofit organizations to submit proposals for tourism marketing and promotions to support the County’s commitment to regenerative tourism grounded in Kapu and Kanawai, and to ensure that Hawaii Island is competitive in the global visitor industry market. The County seeks to support tourism marketing and promotions programs to cultivate sustainable visitor demand that respects and strengthens Hawaii Island’s cultural integrity and environmental stewardship. Contract term shall be for a period of one (1) year, effective upon date of Notice to Proceed, renewable for two (2) additional one (1) year option periods. The County is estimating a January 3, 2027, contract start date.
