Description
Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation to perform all operations in connection with furnishing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) that will be implemented across the DAGS/CSD portfolio in three (3) phases. Contract term shall be for thirty (30) months with the option to extend for not more than 5 additional 12-month periods upon mutual agreement.
