Benefit Consulting Services, Pharmacy Benefit Consulting Services, and Pharmacy Benefit Audit Services

The Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) is seeking proposals for benefit consulting services for all of its health benefit plans, and pharmacy benefit consulting and audit services for its self-insured prescription drug plans only. This solicitation is for three separate contracts: one for overall benefit consulting services, one for pharmacy benefit consulting services, and one for pharmacy benefit audit services. However, more than one contract may be awarded by the EUTF to the same Offeror. The services provided in each contract are for both the active employee and retiree benefit plans.
