Description
The Department of Law Enforcement is seeking bids for 9mm Luger FMJ/ TMJ Training ammunition. Please review the attached general conditions, ammunition specifications and delivery locations to ensure your submissions are in compliance and include all associated costs (transportation, delivery, taxes, etc...). Vendors must also be HCE compliant. Delivery of the ammunition must be delivered no later than 180 days from award. Delivery will be to multiple locations as specified in the attached document. Award will be given to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror.
