U.S. Army Hawaii Construction MATOC TO to Install Bright Rigid Canopy

Justification is for a MATOC construction task order to install a bright rigid canopy at Fort Shafter Hawaii. The brand name requirement of Bright Rigid canopy does not limit competition amongst the current MATOC contractors. Contracting provides fair opportunity to all MATOC contractors by providing the same scope of work to all contractors.
