The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 314994 Rope, Cordage, Twine, Tire cord, and Tire Fabric Mills. The Product Service Code is 4020 Fiber Rope, Cordage, and Twine. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. Please use the attached solicitation when submitting a quote or offer; alternative line item proposals are also accepted. The tentative delivery date is September 30, 2026. The deadline for quotes or offers is September 23, 2026 at 0700 a.m HST. Refer to the enclosed brand name justification and Solicitation, N32253-26-Q-0090, for additional requirements and information. All quotes and proposals with the completed copy of the solicitation shall be emailed to the points of contact lsited in this notice.
