Description/Specifications/Statement of Work 1.Headquarters Pacific Air Forces Command Surgeon General’s Office desires a portable medical cube. The medical cube must is a modular, mobile trauma kit designed to deliver advanced medical care in diverse and challenging environments. It is engineered for rapid deployment, durability, and adaptability, making it ideal for military, disaster relief, and remote healthcare operations. The system is built to provide life-saving treatment within the critical "golden hour," ensuring the preservation of lives in high-stakes scenarios. 2.Regulatory Requirements: a.Compliance with international standards for quality management systems in medical devices. b.Must meet military-grade specifications for durability, including waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and tamper-proof construction. 3.Technology and Capacity Requirements: a.Advanced Medical Equipment: Must include portable ventilators, multi-parameter monitors, blood warmers, high-rate infusion devices, and ultrasound systems for trauma assessment. b.Integrated RFID Tracking: For efficient inventory management and prevention of resource wastage. c.Power Solutions: Equipped with a power station and generator to ensure uninterrupted operation in remote or resource-limited environments. d.Ease of Use: Designed to minimize reliance on highly trained personnel, enabling effective operation in diverse scenarios. e.Modular Design: Composed of mother cubes and mini cubes, allowing flexible configurations to meet varying mission needs. f.Compact Dimensions: Each cube measures 15 x 15 x 15 inches, optimized for portability and human carrying capacity. g.Deployment Versatility: Capable of being transported via air, sea, land, drones, and motor vehicles. h.Integrated Stations: Must support multiple stations, including surgical, to address a wide range of operational needs. 4.Machine and Supplemental Equipment Requirements: a.Core Medical Machines: -Portable Ventilators: For respiratory support in critical care scenarios. -Multi-Parameter Monitors: To track vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation. -Ultrasound Systems: For focused trauma assessment and diagnostics. -High-Rate Infusion Devices: For rapid fluid and medication delivery. -Blood Warmers: To prevent hypothermia during transfusions or fluid administration. b.Supplemental Equipment:-Power Station and Generator: To ensure uninterrupted operation in remote or resource-limited environments. C.Supportive Technology: -RFID Tracking System: For inventory management and resource tracking. -Tamper-Proof Shelving: To secure equipment and supplies during transport and use. 5.Maintenance Requirements: a.Routine inspection and calibration of medical devices such as ventilators, monitors,infusion devices, and ultrasound systems to ensure proper functionality. b.Periodic testing and servicing of the power station and generator to ensure reliableoperation in field conditions. c.Inspection of the military-grade, waterproof, and corrosion-proof casing for any damageor wear, ensuring durability and tamper-proof functionality. d.Regular updates and testing of the RFID tracking system to maintain accurate inventorymanagement and prevent resource wastage. 6.Delivery and Installation Requirements: a.Must be delivered promptly to meet mission-critical timelines, especially for militaryoperations. b.Include detailed user manuals, maintenance guides, and inventory lists for allcomponents. c.The modular design should allow for rapid assembly and disassembly, enablingdeployment within minutes. d.The system should be installable in confined spaces, with flexible configurations basedon the available area. e.Ensure compatibility with standard power sources or provide a generator for independentoperation. Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
