Misawa/Osan/Kadena Instrumentation Training System (MOKITS) Sustainment

This requirement provides non-development, non-commercial highly specialized sustainment/logistics services and highly specialized supplies (incidental) to ensure satisfactory mission and operational performance of the MOKITS system. MOKITS sustainment is responsible for two major components: 1) the MOKITS “POD”, which is attached to the aircraft during flight and 2) the MOKITS Surface Instrumentation Subsystem (SIS), which remains on the ground at all times. External to these two components is the computers/applications used to prepare the system for operations and record/display the data. The complete system requiring sustainment will be referred to in this document as “MOKITS” and/or “POD” unless otherwise specified.
