J&A for Urgency MFEA Support Services

The exception to the fair opportunity process is FAR 16.507-6(b)(1), The agency need for the supplies or services is so urgent that providing a fair opportunity would result in unacceptable delays. The proposed acquisition is to have a contractor provide USPACFLT MFEA with technical and functional program support services. The contractor shall provide comprehensive subject matter expertise, technical analysis, and program management support for the global alignment of Navy and Marine Corps (naval) fires and targeting requirements across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P). The period of performance consists of an 8-month base period and 4-month option.
